The implementation of the Asseco's mobile solution included two main distribution channels at the Neuca Group. First, the workflow of the sales representatives regularly visiting pharmacies was streamlined. They were equipped with mobile PDAs which enabled them to gain access to all sales data stored in the central ERP system. Secondly, Asseco BS improved the support for the Partner Programme “The world of health” aimed at pharmacies and managed online. The implementation spanned fourteen months and was phased in four stages. The software was integrated with other systems operating in several of the Group’s companies such as SAP. Currently, Asseco's application is being used by approximately 300 users.
Together with the design team from NEUCA, we created a system whose functionality meets all the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry and is tailored to the unique needs of our client. The main objective of this implementation was to increase the productivity, and with that, achieve better sales results and grow the number of satisfied clients.
