We do not overlook the importance of coaching in modern sales activities. Therefore, some time ago, the Mobile Touch sales force automation platform was equipped with a new coaching feature. Now, we are launching another novelty furthering the coaching process: a module that allows remote (via the mobile system) verification of the level of knowledge that the sales representatives were supposed to acquire and demonstrate.
The new module adds to Mobile Touch a special questionnaire containing questions measuring the degree of the SR's familiarity with some specific knowledge. The survey can also contain links to multimedia training materials.
The module is managed by the business administrator of Mobile Touch (on the Client's side). Not only can he or she store specific training materials, assign/address them to selected categories of users (by, for example, position, organizational structure, sales channel, etc.), determine their validity time, or define the scope of assessment questions, but also, and most importantly, collect and analyse the results of remote tests.
Our new functionality can thus be referred to as a type of e-learning tool for the mobile personnel integrated into Mobile Touch.
