According to POI, our Mobile Touch Retail Activity Optimisation solution opens a new frontier. It enables FMCG manufacturers to use POS data to drive where to go, in what sequence and what to do to achieve improved sales results. The report emphasized that Asseco provides the first RAO solution that POI has seen move beyond prototype capabilities.
The second POI Best-in-Class was Mobile Touch Coaching, which was described as providing formalized feedback loops to address the human element in improving sales execution.
