A mobile system from Asseco Business Solutions at Europlant PhytoPharm

Europlant PhytoPharm, a well known manufacturer and distributor of medicines and natural health products, in Poland and Europe, decided to extend the contract with Asseco Business Solutions SA to use its SFA solution for mobile sales force support. Implemented in 2008, Mobile Preselling dramatically improved the performance of Europlant's sizeable sales team in Poland.

Mobile Preselling solution, implemented for Europlant PhytoPharm, is used by their mobile sales team to record orders and gather market information which is then transferred to the central database. The mobile sales representatives have instant access to current and past data on specific customers and information on the level of execution of their individual sales plans.

Working with the central application, the managers are able to analyse the effectiveness of their of mobile sales staff, better supervise their daily activities and define new objectives when needed.

Mobile Preselling has become an integral part of our business and is very effective in supporting our sales processes, which are now fully automated. It supplies multiple types of data for analysis, covering both our own activities and those of the competition.

When deciding to renew the agreement with Asseco Business Solutions, we considered our existing relationship with Asseco, their broad product range and IT projects expertise, specifically in sales and distribution support in the pharmaceutical industry.
