The Mobile Touch calendar enables faster access to information and more effective planning of all activities needed to follow up and close sales opportunities. With this redesigned module the users of our mobile solution are able to manage their meetings, tasks and visits as easy as never before.
The calendar upgrade reveals changes in the module architecture and the graphical layout. The improvement followed a recently completed usability research covering selected users of our Mobile Touch SFA software.
The introduced improvements include:
- new graphical layout,
- drag & drop operations support (for tasks copying, rescheduling, moving),
- copy & paste functionality,
- adding new activities using simple drag & drop form a customer list,
- new calendar mode in list view,
- graphical daily workload preview.
We have redesigned the calendar of Mobile Touch because we are aware of fact that this tool is at the heart of the Sales Representative's working environment. It helps plan a variety of detailed tasks, both related to sales and visits as well as to extra-sales (supporting) activities, such as preparation of events, launching promotion campaigns, training, etc. Our aim was to allow our users to fully focus on their objectives, such as effective planning a day to increase sales.
